Jeff, this set will probably hang around till somebody want something made from it. It's almost big enough for a 000, maybe.

Hesh, we are buds, and I'm sure your will enjoy and build something beautiful with your "crack special" It's all good.John How38860.5931018519

What I think is really cool about some of those high prices is....

...some of my brazilian at home is even nicer.

And, even nicer still is what Steve Roberson @ Colonial has tucked away. What I saw him selling at the ASIA Symposium was simply the finest BRW I've ever seen.

The Zootman has some nice BRW too....btw.

I just opened my "Oppurtunity Grade E. I. Rosewood". This is such a great deal. If you want to talk value this is it. Thanks Allied.

Something you might not know... and it will explain these prices....   is this
weeks sale moving inventory from a luthier (I don't know who). I presume it
is an estate or retirement sale. Todd only made a very small mark up.

They are high, but that is some REALLY nice wood.
Will $3000 Rosewood really sound better than
something less expensive? Remember the paper mache guitar from
Torres?
The rosewood would probably look a bit better than paper mache..mind
you just about anything would probably look better.

The Brazzie Rosewood sure looks nice but I reckon Tim's Tassie
Blackwood is better value for money.
